Terms of Service.
These Terms govern the use of the schoolofdropouts.co.bw website and the services provided by School of Dropouts (Pty) Ltd, a citizen-owned consultancy registered in Gaborone, Botswana.
Acceptance of terms
By using the schoolofdropouts.co.bw website or engaging School of Dropouts (Pty) Ltd for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
We provide business consultancy services in Botswana, including company registration, tax compliance, business plans, digital marketing, advisory engagements, marketplace transactions, and educational courses. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed separately in writing or via WhatsApp before work begins.
Fees and payment
All prices listed on this website are in Botswana Pula (P) and exclude government fees, third-party charges, and any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Payment terms for each service are confirmed at the point of engagement. Recurring services such as marketing retainers and bookkeeping are billed monthly in advance.
Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on company registration. If we fail to deliver your registration as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid to us. This guarantee does not extend to government fees that have already been paid to CIPA, BURS, or other authorities on your behalf.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the services. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by inaccurate or late information from your side.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Marketplace transactions
Where we facilitate the sale or purchase of a company through our Marketplace, we act as an intermediary. Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. We provide transfer support but do not warrant the historical performance, liabilities, or future prospects of any company listed.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and downloadable guides — is the property of School of Dropouts (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may download and share our free guides with attribution. You may not reproduce paid content or use our brand assets without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gaborone.
